Why Voice Reording?
We have the ability to record all radio traffic over an entire site, regardless of how many or how few radios are being used. All data is downloaded to our secure offline server and stored until required. We also have the facility to record ES briefs over a single hand portable radio.
PROTOCOLS
It is often impossible for management to ensure that protocols are followed by staff members and performed correctly. The recording of all radio traffic acts to discourage those who would cut corners or perform tasks incorrectly.
CHAIN OF EVIDENCE
Should an incident occur the recordings can be reviewed, allowing a more complete picture to appear. Recordings of actual radio traffic surrounding the incident are both accurate and irrefutable.
